hi everyone---could I ask a small favor please?
my internet connection is too slow to watch video, and sometimes even to get to a site, like youtube, where videos are linked.
when you post the link to the song, could you please also say the title and artist? I might have it, or might know, and then might be able to join in to an extent...
No worries, bounty. Mine is The Maid on the Shore, by The John Renbourn Group:

anyone willing to tell me what song of north star's lokasenna commented on? (if im being too high maintenance, lemme know?)

I'm glad you liked it, Loka. And yes, it's the section where the devil sings a mocking and menacing tango of Faust's descent into Hell.
Lovely folk. 7.75/10

north star, do I remember rightly you are from finland? this past year I was introduced to the group, poets of the fall, and have enjoyed their music...
Yes. I'm not too familiar with PotF, though - I mostly listen to classical, and when I don't, it's usually Jazz - but they're alright. Pekka Pohjola and Sibelius are a couple of my Finnish favourites.

and maybe someone can give papayahed's song a listen?
and if you are up for it---I watched insurgent recently (really enjoyed it) and a number of songs played during the closing credits. this one in particular struck me---sacrifice by zella day...
I'll take that challenge!
I enjoyed it (I'm a bit of a sucker for country music), so that's an 8/10 from me.
