I'm hoping you fine folk could help me; I'm currently putting together 2500 word essay, revolving around the Romantic period and Gothic Fiction. I've selected a Gothic fiction by the name The Necromancer or The Tales of the Black Forest and I'm looking to pull from the works of Angela Carters The company of Wolves, along with the film.

Pulling reference from the narrative devices in play, namely the use of frames.

My question is - I'm struggling to find an argument relating both Romantic art work and contemporary works please give any advice? Or interesting angles I could approach this essay from?
