I need to do a project about the book "Lord of the flies" by Golding. One of the questions that I have to answer is what kind of ending is lord of flies? is it closed-end? opened-end?

I can understand.

But even if he'd just scanned a synopsis he could easily answer the question, if he had definitions. Hell, if he'd just heard someone talking about the book, then he could answer it.
