Working for a rather large shopping chain. They asked me to dress up in a bear outfit one day. I told them to sod off.

Do you have a favourite colour?

    Yes, I do thanks

Do you know why seeing or smelling something revolting can make one want to vomit? I just can't think of a logical reason myself.

I've heard or read that explanation before, but it doesn't actually quite ring true. The reason being that the stomach turning reaction doesn't seem to be consistent. I don't get it when confronted with maggoty corpses, or even when normally encountering dog mess on the pavement. I last experienced it when emptying a chemical toilet, something I've done loads of times, before and since, without any reaction whatsoever. I've skinned and gutted game, and although it isn't pleasant, it doesn't make my gorge rise. It's just weird and apparently random. Thanks for trying to find out though

Question: what's it all about, when you get right down to it, you know, life and all that...?
