I play tennis and go for bike rides. I occasional do country walks. I do these because I enjoy them and not to purposefully keep in shape. I also walk/bike a fair bit day to day as I don't have a car.
This week I have started to up the ante a little, having done a little jog, 4 ish mile (well half jog half walk as it was my first time) and cut out a few carbs etc and have even thought about going to the gym but I can't really see myself doing that to be honest as I don't think it is my scene.
I would quite like to have a bash at rowing. It's just getting organised with that and it's not best with winter on the way.
