"I wish I could listen to you singing in front of me, on a fresh morning with coffee in a room full of old books and with faces full of warm smiles"
I can manage about 50% of that for you

Voices mysterious far and near,
Sound of the wind and sound of the sea,
Are calling and whispering in my ear,
Whifflingpin! Why stayest thou here?
New/last song for a while, got shows coming up under the new name and what not.

Are the lyrics yours?
You never got to know me
so I never got to love you
we never sang and sat against the trees
They lyrics are as lovely as the tunes.
Ahh now where is it that you live? I'm coming over for coffee-- nay, sorry-- tea!
Sorry it took me so long to check out the songs in this thread. I've been, erm, occupied.

You both have that dreamy carefree voice that I love.
I've been having a singing spree today. Recorded 3 completely different types of songs from 3 different languages. The one that I think will be appropriate here is again from the ever-fun Regina Spektor! I seriously love singing her songs.

Anybody got advice for a newbie musician with no real inborn 'talent'? Picking at the ol' six string and trying to sing. Put a file on soundcloud if anybody can stomach pitchy singing, bad rhythm and guitar flubs!
