Going to get some toast and a cup of tea (farmhouse loaf). Feeling a little rough after visiting the wooden building yesterday. Got to get better soon though as I'm off playing tennis and then back to the wooden building for lunch.

A banana and fresh chai tea. Trying to relax after a hectic day shopping in town. I hate shopping. Thank God I'm not into retail therapy. Actually, why do I even have a credit card????

Just finished the last of two small red grapefruits cut in 8ths after juicing.

The juice went into a concoction of mine which I drank accompanying the grapefruit: added 2-large dollops of honey into the grapefruit juice in a LARGE mug; then filled the mug with near-boiling water, stirred until the honey is "melted", and let sit till cool enough to drink. (Be careful if you try this - some meds one might take may interact very unfavourably with the grapefruit).

    Ta ! (short for tarradiddle),
