    That was the one we had too! I think we had more than just that one but that was the one my brother and I chose to play the most often. My Dad found a dvd with performances of Spike Jones and his band, he thought the grandkids would get a kick out of it and they did.

    I've seen clips from his TV show. Good God, was that bizarre.

    I can highly recommend his two greatest hits albums. I've also got Louder and Funnier, Riot Squad, and Musical Depreciation, which have more of his less "wacky" (but still often funny) work. Plus, IIRC, that last also has a completely different arrangement of his Nutcracker Suite.

    And boy, do I wish Heart had stuck with their Dreamboat Annie sound instead of going to generic arena rock. That's still my favorite of their albums.
