Language devices used to express themes in Romeo and Juliet

    Hello,

I am working on an essay which is to answer this question:

How does William Shakespeare in Romoe and Juliet use language devices to express different themes?

I understand the question but am unsure as to how to answer it. There are themes of love, hate, fate, pride, family ties, etc. I have to select three and answer the question.

Can someone please help me to complete my essay by giving an example of how language devices were used to express a theme I have not mentioned.

    My thanks in advance.

I especially request the help of Redzeppelin who seems to be a scholar when it comes to Shakespeare's text.

I absolutely love that the meeting of Romeo and Juliet is written in sonnet form. What a brilliant mastery of the language.
