Back to healthy life. Today for dinner I made some kohlrabi salad with sea salt and olive oil.

Fit in what sense? To burst? For a king? And proper? As a butcher's dog?

Today I avoided a major vein-popping barney on the tube, which in this context is probably a bad thing, because had I allowed myself to become involved I'd be fit to be tied.

I ate a steak and drank half a bottle of South African Cabernet Sauvignon, at my father's expense. May not have done much for my waistline, but god, it was good for the soul.

I don't think I've ever drunk half a bottle of wine. But it's a good start.

Great! How many sit-push/ups do you usually do?
    Just wondering...

    Half-marathon today.

Now I'm sore. Remind me to train next time.

Half marathon puts me to shame.
I managed to eek out a little over three miles this morning.
Fall gives me the itch to get back on a hiking trail. Possibly tomorrow morning. We'll see.
