Rode six miles - easier on the joints - Damn, I gotta go easy on those joints, but I'm not sure, I rode three miles there, and then three miles back, should I include the second three?

Chased my runaway dog through the woods and got myself lost. Took me three hours to catch the animal then get home with it. Ugh.

Hope I won't be lazy for some yoga in the evening.
    What's a Caribbean workout, Olga?

Yesterday I did yoga, but not today.

Not much. I did three pullups and lifted 70 lbs for one set of 20 reps. And I smoked a cigarette. That raises metabolism, I believe.
I think if you make a signature, you should inspire some emotion in someone else. I also think it would be pretentious for me to think I could do that.

Today, I walked to school. It's a few miles walk.

I'm still a novice. I'm just trying to incorporate this into my life for a few days a week to start out with.

Thank you for the links I checked them, although I decided to stick with my videos, it's Breathing Space Yoga with Diane Bruni.

Boy, the Caribbean workout looks very energetic, Olga! I would just be glad if I would do my yoga a little more regularly. I feel great when I do it. And I want to be a little more limber. Baby steps, baby steps.
