i heard that westerners do not like to disclose their ages. i'm sorry here to penetrate your secrets. but i just want to make an investigation about when people may like literature most, or if there is any relationship between our love of literature and age. thanks.
and by the way i am 20 years old.
Very trivial, but rare, question. I have enjoyed reading all of my life, personally. Even as a child, I would read Jules Verne and Lewis Carroll constantly. I am now 22.
I also enjoyed reading when I was a kid. I used to read Hitchcock's stories for children about 3 detectives. The first "deeper" book I read was when I was 14 and it was The Catcher in the Rye and from then on I became mad about literature. Now I am 19 (and I study English and American Literature...) :)
i thought generally only wrinkly like literature. and that i like liteature idicated that i was aged in psychology.
now i knw i was wrong

almost nineteen (less then a week), hated reading and writing till my brother took it up, now can't get away from it...
i used to read A LOT when i was young..and then I stopped for some reason and then my friend got me hooked onto those pathetic sweet valley books..and then when I got to High School, i started reading other kinds of books, and now i just cant stop..if it's a good book that is. hehe :p
25. dont mind getting old but i always wish i cud go to school again!! reading books.. used to read a lot when i was young and thru college days.. now being at research work, i dont always get a chance to read but i still take books from the library, keep it on the shelf and if i feel like reading, i read..

Oh yeah Az, talking about cars, got hit yesterday. Wonder why the kids keep texting while walking and then out of the blue decide to RUN across the street without looking. lol, grabbed her... I mean, INTENDED to grab her before she ran JUST in front of the car just to have the kid crashing into me, lol, was funny. When I was helping her up a car going the other direction almost hit us again. I think the kid could have been.. 10? and some 30 kilos and she managed to push me in front of the car... for those who don't 'know' me, I'm a bit ... fat. *shrugs* ah well. At least the drinver of the car stopped to ask if we're ok.

i found me throwing myself to the side and rolling once the sport utility started revving up...strange noise when you're in front of the thing. weird, i remembered later trying to push it out away from me (when it first started rolling forward). she said she didn't even see me. sun glare...
i was unscathed, just a hickey on my wrist for an hour or two. but shocked.

I am 18 years old and have been reading literature since I was 11 or 12 The first one I read was Macbeth then I read it a few years later to understand it better. I haven't stopped reading since.
