I have only read one Marguerite Duras, so far; and I did not particularly like it. the title of the book was Moderato Cantabile. But I'm willing to give it another chance with The Lover. It seems to be her most successful book.

Granted but thats the problem... I always get queasy its so vivid I can smell the blood in the streets... and thus I throw up, first time I read it it took me 2 years.. Ive reads it since and I guess its less bad every time but still :cold:Quote:
