My result: (I don't even write much anymore, but whatever.)

I am a mystery writer, this seems plausible since characters in my stories often end up dying.

Aw, why not? Then how are you going to see the hills, pray tell? :p
[edit] thanks! :D
^ fix it by putting [img] and the link only!
One of the frustated kind. I have periods of complete lack of ideas and lots of spare time (mainly when I was younger) mixed with periods of sheer creativity and lack of time or willpower to carry them out (the present situation).
Regarding the test, this is what came up, although I wouldn't bet much on the outcome.

narrative...I guess it could be worse
how in the heck did i end up a "mystery writer"??
though i really do love to figure things out, will ruminate on possibilities for hours...

Sometimes true, but I do love a happy ending!
if i keep finding threads with quizzes i'll end up staying here all night...
(uh I never got a review as i finished only 2 things and never showed them... how am i going to answer that question? ...i'll put what i'd like to hear :D)
ah-ah Angst Writer... satusfying enough :D
Here Here. I'm an angst writer, whatever...
I'm an angst writer... the test was correct... thats what my lit teacher told me at least.
You're a Plot writer!

Angst writer also.. Thought so. Am trying to write a book about a woman who has a psychosis (is that an English word?) and has to go to a mental institution so it fits my purpose :thumbs_up
My results - narrative writer - a surprisingly accurate description.
Quote:
You're a narrative writer. You love reading and writing long, descriptive passages that read like poetry, and are full of imagery. Just be careful not to overdo it. Not everyone wants to know the exact shade of green on the hills.
http://images.quizilla.com/E/edeainf...opdialogue.jpgYou're a Dialogue/Character Writer!
I suspected as much. And I do TRY not to forget about the plot! :D
No, really, my writing is characterised by a lot of dialogue, descriptions (I try to make them as poetic as possible), characters, cliff-hangers (or so my reviewers call them, to me they're just a message saying "come back for more when I've got the next chapter up" ;)), and...well...very twisty-turny plots?
These Quizilla things are pretty addictive.

You're a Narrative writer!
I'm a plot writer !
Im a narrative writer!!!
Wooo!!!
I am a writer of tales, an entertainer for the mind, the spirit, the soul. There is no one genre' which finds itself isolated and alone in my writing, but instead genres may overlap, intermingling, mixing in a great and graceful ballroom dance of creativity, all the partners slipping seamlessly into the rythem of the tale.......
......uhhh......what was the question?...............
that's unfair!!! :eek2: I came up as a fluff writer...waaahh.... :bawling: I DID think that I could write better stuff than that!!! i must be the only one here who got that.... humph!
Oh well, maybe I should stop all my literary ambitions from carrying me away, huh?
Narrative.
Is this ... test trying to tell us that you cannot be a good plot writer or narrativer or characterer if you write SF? What kind of sick test is this?
Are you a SF writer or are you a good writer...., now, really...
We were a plot writer btw.
pshaw... maybe it was because my range of reading and likings were broad, and there wasn't one particular genre that stood out, that doesn't mean they have to brand me as a FLUFF writer!!! hmmm......
Don't worry, Adelheid, I got the same one. :( Honestly, though, it all depends on my mood. Sometimes I'll be writing and thinking "Hm, what character should die today", and other times I wonder who I can just write a "fluffy" story about. Oh well.
I wondered the same, actually. The test found me as a narrative writer, but, in actual writing, I could never write a detailed novel to save my life, though I admire those who have that talent. I can write long, very descriptive poetry, but, in terms of fiction, I seem more of the dialogue/character, writing plays. Weird, I know. :rolleyes:Quote:

Took me a few times to do this to get this result more than once. I am a mystery writer and at first it told me I was http://live.quizilla.com/user_images...sktopangst.jpg but I had not heard this word before but I learned something new today.
angst >noun a profound feeling of generalized anxiety or dread. I used to be that be thankfully I am not anymore

Well... what can I say, I expected that after the last stories I wrote...
.....I wrote my own results for this test (well, I didn't actually take the test). That way I avoided the angst.........
I'm aparently a dialogue character writer.....
