1476 -- John MacDonald II, Lord of Parliment, Lord of the Isles, Earl of Ross, has his parlimentary Lordship, his Ross earldom, and his mainland land holdings stripped from him when King James III of Scotland learns that John had formed a secret alliance with King Edward III of England.
1477 - The song "Old MacDonald" is born, for he only "had" a farm.
1478--The duke of Clarence gets drowned in a butt of malmsey.
1480 - Christopher Columbus finally outgrows the "trying to eat the family cat" stage.
1482
In ten years C. Columbus will sail the oceans blue.
1483 - Time travelling merchants from the Orion Nebula visit earth for the first time and start a very profitable turnip trade, spreading the vegetable across the universe.
1484 - For dispensing a plague upon the planet, the time-traveling merchants are hunted down and disposed of by torch and pitchfork.

the same batch of time travelling merchants come and hunt down with pitchforks and torches the ones who disposed of them earlier...the weird part of it is, somehow it was the same pitchforks that were used before. Are you confused yet? Don't be, it is just time travel. Enjoy the turnips!
