A sandwich. Wheat bread, Lettuce, Deep-fried bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and some sort of bacon-ranch dressing.
ginger-ale and 'hermit' cookies: they have raisins, pecans, dried cherries, and chocolate chunks in them :D and I ate one too many and now feel :sick:
Water, getting ready to have left over steak and salad for lunch :)
I just cycled 4km, so water for now. That sandwich was awesome...

Presently I am eating fresh tomato slices atop rye toast, with a thick slab of marble cheese on top of this, melted in the microwave and then blasted with cracked black pepper. This is not only good, it is to DIE for, ha-ha! :)
Not eating now, but did have a half of a tuna sandwich on spelt bread, with veggie chips from Trader Joe's, and green tea....Oh yeah, and the chips fell onto my keyboard. I am bad. I am REAL BAD!
I need a Mr. Darcy to keep me in line. It's quite clear. :)
