Memoirs~ Charlotte Gainsbourg
Oh! I loved Frankie Goes To Hollywood! There really was a lot of good stuff in the 80's. It gets a bad rap because the bad stuff was more popular but there was a lot that was good then as well.
Mr. Hurricane ~ Beast
seems like it was a lot more fun than most of the nineties shoot my brains out grunge.
Come Fly With Me~ Frank Sinatra w/ Count Basie & The Orchestra & Quincy Jones
I love grunge so I can't say anything about that but the 80's certainly were lighter in tone, I'll give you that.
40 ~ U2
I love some of it, it's definitely more 'cool' than eighties silliness.
Violet~ Hole
How are you feeling about Queens of the Stone Age these days? Any closer to actually liking them yet?
Hold On To Me ~ Cowboy Junkies
I like them the way I admire a sleek brand new BMW. But even if I could afford one, I'd buy something different, like a landrover, or a hybrid. ;-)
Rock n' Roll All Night ~ KISS
That is a very interesting analogy, I'm not entirely sure what it means but I think it's a way of saying you don't like them without having to hurt my feelings. ;)
Fields of Joy ~ Lenny Kravitz
I put this on for the music.........honest.

Brian... for some reason I find it hard to take you at your word in this instance.:drool5:
Five and Dime - Port O'Brien
Questioning? Complaining? I was doing nothing of the sort, I assure you; I was only trying to limit my observation to that of which I had direct knowledge. But I'm sure a cultured and multifaceted woman such as yourself, Idril, has great taste in ALL things. I mean, it's not like you lie around the house watching professional wrestling and reality TV programs all day, right? :p
And your David Gilmour fandom proves you have good taste in men, no matter what other dubious characters may have piqued your interest. ;)
Sea Legs ~ The Shins
Of course I don't, I can't imagine what would even put that idea in your head. :out::wink5:
And some of those characters have been dubious. ;)Quote:

Shoplifters of the World Unite - The Smiths
