I don't know if it can be considered a skill, but I can bend both my index fingers and one of my middle fingers back in an arch to touch the back of my hand...it's fun watching people's faces as this creeps them out.

That is creepy! I have a very flexible jaw, so I can put my front teeth over my upperlip, just under the nose, and kind of fold the tip of the nose under the lip. It´s kind of disgusting and I can scare small children that way. And make unwanted strangers in bars leave me alone.
Do you have any habits that other people find strange? I eat dinner with my cousin evry monday , while we are watching the TV series CSI. We call it "dinner with corpses". My boyfriend thinks we are weird.
there is a stretch of road that I refuse to drive on the correct side of.... if there is other traffic, i just go really slow with my hazard lights on...
can anyone top that?
No, my mayor wierdness is barely that that I greet "Good morning" almost all the time (even when it is, like 23. 30) My excuse is : "Well, there is bound to be morning somewhere, like in USA or Japan or somewhere ;)"
Why are some mobile phone ringtones called "polyphonic" ringtones, when they are obviously not?
But they are, they "consist of more than one line of sound", which is the (musical) meaning of polyphony. Or
"Music with two or more independent melodic parts sounded together."
Well that would be stretching it a little but the "more than one line", which is written in my musical reference book (not sure which one but one of them)...
So they're polyphonic as opposed to monophonic, which is (dull, dreary, monotonous) with only ONE line of sound.
Have you seen Shrek 2?
(Pretty...strange...question, considering your avatar! :D )
Sorry, I can't seem to edit....
I meant,
Have you seen Shrek 2.
To the person below me who is yet undecided.
Yep, I have
Will you vote for Orlando in the book club forum? :D:D:D

No, I haven't ;)
Where are the Snowdens of yesteryear? or Où sont les Neigedens d'antan? as some might say...

Where is your Shangri La?

Wicho colour are your shoes at the moment?
(duh stupid, but my brother's suggestions sucked :D)
I wear no shoes at the moment, but the shoes I just doffed minutes ago look shiny from such a dark black, and with thin black laces.
To the person below me: what book are you presently reading? If none, what book did you last read?
The last book I read was The Merchant of Death in the series Pendragon.
person below: What are you majoring if you are that far (if finished what did you major in)?
I presently major in nursing (applied science) and minor/double-major in literature.
To the person below me: on average, how many hours of sleep do you manage?
Oh, about nine during working days, and more on the weekend/holidays? (Or maybe less, it would take some thinking about, as though I tend to go to bed later during the hols/weekend I also tend to get up later!)
What's your favourite type of music? (e.g. classical, pop, rock...?)
Jazz and rock.
Subt does not think my new avatar fits me. What do you think?
