That is a big "depends" question. Prefer early bird. Usually end up night owl. Occasionally achieve both.
Eat late or suffer starvation till morning? (my basic thought process from about nine thirty till sleep)
Eat late. Or whenever. Eating is delicious at all hours. Especially 4am pizza deliveries during exam week.
Take your time studying or cram?
. . . Neither? That's what I should be doing right now, actually. I usually end up cramming though, if i do study at all.
Dream about school or stay awake to not dream about it? (where in the world did that question come from??)
That is an odd question, I will admit, but I don't go to school anymore, so I will say dream about.
Free time: Go for long a walk or stay home on computer.
Hmm . . . I rather dislike walking, but if it was such a wonderful day like it was today, I'll opt to walk.
Break from work- relax or help a coworker that needs it?
When I was working I never breaked. Was quite the fanatic - to say the least. So if a coworker needed help, I would most likely help.
Run or Jog?
I'd rather jog if I have to break out of a walk at all. I've been known to run, but only in case of an emergency.
Driving- window open or closed?
Depending on the weather. I usually like it closed.
Newspaper: World news or sports section.
Sports. World news just depresses me.
Local artist or world renowned?
Now that is a tough one... I actually have time for both. I am not a artist, but appreciate fine work. So long as it is filled with plenty of detail. So cannot chose.
A day out with a best friend or a couple of hours on a blind date

Picnic or restaurant?
Judging by the very labile weather Portland has, I would say a restaurant, but, weather permitting, I would choose a picnic anyday.
