I would say I'd be a great wealthy European playboy or, perhaps a wealthy philanthropist who is adored by society or a composite of both.

Certainly the kind of person who calls in from the pool to check on things or perhaps calling from a hot air balloon flying over a Kenyan wildlife preserve, "I can see the entire migration of the wildebeests-and some baby elephants - from up here, it's amazing! How are my profits?-Remember to keep profits high and expenses low. Don't forget to wire my Nairobi office a million dollars for spending whilst I'm here! I would give up everything for Africa, including my prized coconut collection. One sweet day they will figure out how to build and maintain(without rampant theft) simple a water pump(and again, not have it ripped apart for parts on the 3rd day-i speak from experience). I too have a dream.

I will likely not be in a hospital, but rather in the jungles of Africa or maybe Peru - assisting the poor and less fortunate. To be in a luxury hosptial while others suffer is too much for my compassion to bear.

I think I would but insecurities may rear their ugly head.
