Never.

In my view, there is no point being in a relationship if you are going to cheat... Relationships should be based on trust, love, tolerance and loyalty. If you're disatisfied and feel a need to be with someone else, you should strongly consider whether the relationship is right anymore. Ideally, you should address the issue/s with your partner and should discuss how best to work through them together. :) Most will long for another person...but cheating involves acting on your feelings, and actions like that cannot be forgiven. :/

Of course, some prefer open relationships, which is fine as long as their partner is genuinely fine with it.
