People are generally self-promoting. The people on litnet tend to be more honest, if not self-effacing...except for a few.

(I'm not naïve, but I don't understand what there is to promote here on a forum. Maybe it's because some people don't get the attention they want in the real world and try to get it here, on the internet, by pretending to be something they are not. It's silly really, why should you care what people you don't even know think about you)
