Depends on the type of party. I used to love going to a big kegger at someone's house, but not so much anymore. I still love a good outdoor barbeque or beach party. I also love going to military balls. They start out with all the tradition and ceremony, and then usually devolve into an alcohol-fueled all-nighter.

The only cookies that I like to "Bake" are those ones that are made of melted chocolate, rolled oats and coconut that you drop on waxed paper and chill in the fridge. (called "Raggedy Annes" or some such thing) ;)
