Im doing great thanks :D
now i have a bit of an odd question does anyone here understand how the study of medicine works?
only my cousin has asked me too look for courses for him ( in secret ) and Im  about what Im looking for and he is just confusing me more.
thanks
Why dont you go upto the counsellor of your university and make an enquiry, mabe they'll help you out. If not, then probably they know some college where he could study medicine.
thats true I might do that or go to one of the other universitys like the one koa is at they seem to teach medicine. with 4 universities in one city I must be able to find some information about foriegn students, I hope.
:eek2:
These univesities might be having their sites, the courses are also listed there.
yes but he doesnt want to come to manchester. and its the fees interntionla students pay hes intrested in he says any medical course which is why Im confused.
hello
Hello, Night!
have I mentioned I Looooooooooove the new avy sub? Cant mistake you for a boy like that.
Well, I've been told that the previous one was too intimidating and freak out some minors around here :D :D...(just kidding)
So, I hope they'll love Bjork :D
Say, you live in a dorm?
sort of its a hall of residance... I think we have four buildings each split up into 4 stairs with four floors with 2 flats on each with 4 people, with bed rooms and bathroomseach and a shared kitchen/lounge per flat
Where you originally from, Night?
By the way..cool avy!
Yes Night, visit the sites and you will find all the information you need. Or, ask your cousin to try via UCAS. You know what it is?
yes I know pensy everyone has to go through ucas to get to uni in the uk unless they are doing nursing.
the problem was he didnt explain what it was he was looking fo he just said medicine but hes already in his 3rd year so I dont think he wants to do the whole thing again and there are like 40 million differant types of courses to do with medicine.
Originally ethincally and culturally Im a mixed race cross culture child my mum is english my dad egyptian I was born in ksa moved to egypt then came to england so oringanally? Earth.:p
But here in the uk my family lives less than an hour away so I can go home when ever I feel like it provided like yesterday they close down roads due to demonstrations and and party rallies

check your pm box:D
Yay!! A PM after a looooooong time.
Why dont you ask your cousin, if he could be more specific as to what he is looking for, to narrow down your search.
hi folks, I'm back from London.
everything went fine and we had a great time.
hehe, I managed to stop the Stansted Express by accident, though, when we were going to the airport yesterday. kicked the assistance button in the toilet by mistake because i thought it was the flush...
when the conductor finally showed up after twenty minutes of beeping I stuck my head out of the train and shouted after her to say I set it off by accident.
everybody had a great laugh...
my professors reminded me for the rest of the trip not to press any buttons but i don't think he was angry :p
Yikes -- that must've been a little embarassing.
oh, it was OK... not too embarrassing actually. all the other students in our group said they wouldn't have been honest enough to admit it if it had happened to them... so the prof said they should have to do an extra project as a punishment :)
salam......
got another exam coming up on October 12 so I'll be off-line for a while.
I'll be back to vote in the short story competition after October 12, though :)
W S,Osama.
Sleepy, good luck with ur exams, aren't exams endless?:Dthank God I've escaped them but you know putting exams is also tiresome.
Helloooooo......anyone around?
Me! ;) .... I guess.
Hellow, Themis! How are you doing?
I'm okay, busy avoiding anything related to my studies ;). And you?
I'm good, thank you :). Is the avoiding thingy work? :D
Oh, quite well. My bad conscience is almost not there. At least, I can almost pretend I don't even have one.
Hmm, can you share your trick? I might need it next Monday :D.
Put the books you're supposed to study next to you and then ignore them. Or get busy on your laptop/computer and glance at your books ever once in a while (as to assure yourself that they are still there and you could study if you really wanted to).
Well. Works very well today.
Hey, this is nice to see you Themis!
You too, Pensy :)
;) Pretty good and you?
