Silas Thorne, Dark Muse, Scher, Chava, Prince Myshkin....ahh and many more... can't really pick one top one. or think of all of my favorites right now
(ahh, and I missed the forum, and you, Bien! ;))
Whose profile description (or "about me" section) on litnet do you like best?
-
Hmm... I'm new here, so I really don't know many. I haven't a favorite.
Do you think that it is degrading that it is expected for a woman to take the name of her husband in marriage?
-
No.
Would you ever ask a man to take his wife's last name in marriage?
-
Never. Unless his last name was something he would want to change. I mean if your name was Poophole or Wourthles or something people make fun of then sure, why not. But I think the woman in most cases should take on her husbands name as a sign of respect. I'll take my husband's, but that is also because my name is impossible to spell as a child in school and I plan on having many children. It would be cruel to give them my last name. :]
What is the worst given name (by that I mean a name someone was given by their parent's at birth or that they legally changed to have themselves) you have ever heard of someone having?
-
Apple.
Do you draw? If so, describe your style.
-
No drawing here.
What would you do if someone in a manager position (at job) was breaking a rule that he was suppossed to enforce?
-
Nothing. Not unless a law is broken.
If you already have 2 computers (both still working), will getting a third one be considered conspicuous consumption?
-
Probably yes.
What is your favorite restaurant?
-
Dadeos.

Sweet little cajun place. GREAT blackened shrimp and scallops.
Have you ever broken the law of your country, and how so? (If more than one law was broken, describe how you broke the most strictly-enforced)

I once shop-lifted a baseball card from a local vendor. . . .
Does visiting your parents count as a "vacation"?
-
Not for me, because I live in the same town as my parents. For people who don't... no, I think its more of a "homecoming" than a "vacation." (And as for the baseball card thing, tell me it wasn't like a Babe Ruth from 1927 kind of deal)
Under what conditions would you yell at a stranger?
-
I cannot recall the last time I yelled out of anger, let alone at a stranger, but I will volunteer to admit myself as impatient and occasionally blunt, which seems easier to express to strangers than people one knows, at least for me.
What is the longest you have gone without sleeping?
-
Two nights.
Have you ever been attacked by a parrot? (because I just was :()
-
No, not yet.
You must have been in the parrot's territory.
Have you ever killed anything because you could?
-
don't think so.
What toppings do you like on pizza?
