No prob sycho.
VB -- hehehe I've already done that a couple times, so no shame in that. :D I hope.
In answer to the question: probably grammatical and spelling errors. And my mother dumping bags of litter-box-refuse in the kitchen trash instead of taking 50 more seconds to go into the basement, the minor inconvenience of which is vastly eclipsed by the more preferable lack-of-stench in the upstairs living area. :rage:
Uh....mm...same question. :p

When my boss come up and kicks the back of my chair (yes he is a grown man).
Whats the most inappropriate crush you've ever had on anybody? (I used to think our parish priest was a hottie)
-
really, papayahed? wow...must have made praying difficult. or given you reason to do so, on second thought.
oh god, my doctor. a "female" specialist at that. what a sweetheart and what a hottie.
do you infer what strange words mean as you read, or do you keep a dictionary handy?
*example: supererogatory at http://www.online-literature.com/dumas/black_tulip/1/ - i'd like to hear that word in casual conversation! :D
-
Heh heh, I usually infer, and wrongly much of the time I might add. That would be an interesting conversational word.
Ha, I missed a bunch of good questions, so I’m going to answer them anyway. Here goes.
Papaya’s crush question:
Always had a thing for my high school English teacher. You know, of course, what a raging hormone a high school kid is. Absolutely no control. Anyhow, I’d sit there in her class most of the time unable to stand up without embarrassment.
But here’s the kicker: last year I met a guy who’d just graduated from my high school. So we’re standing around comparing notes and I ask him if Miss Anna Standish was still teaching English there. He says, “Oh my god, Old lady Standish! She’s the Principal now; we hated her.”
VB’s gas question.
Just the other day I’m in an elevator thinking I’m going to ride it all the way to the top alone. So I float this air biscuit. ‘bout that time the doors open and about five people climb on board. The doors close preventing their escape before they realize what they’ve gotten themselves into. Needless to say, I was not the most popular vertical traveler that day.
Em’s human extinction question:
I’m not sure who said it, but it was an argument against the survival of the fittest theory of evolution: “The end state of life on the planet earth will probably be the ****roach and the syphilis bacillus battling it out with each other for world domination.”
VB’s pet peeve question:
It really ticks me off when some people ignore the rules of the thread and just do what ever the heck they want to.
OK, I’m done.
Chicago or Memphis for the Blues?
-
hahaha. guess I should've written "rooster-roach"
-
LOL :D You should've seen my "Molly Malone" post before I fixed the erroneous filter.
-
Chicago.... not because it has better blues... because i couldnt care less... its just ive always wanted to go to chicago.
if you could own an acre of gooey mud or muddy slush, which would you choose?
-
gooey mud, because muddy slush indicates freezing temperatures and i am so not into that at all...
do you think that we should be allowed to talk about politics on here?
-
No. If you want to know why, go read the Current Events/Politics section on the WOXY.com forum. It can get pretty hostile, and don't think it doesn't carry over into other threads. Coming back here I always breathe a sigh of relief.
BTW, WOXY (a.k.a. 97X) is back on the air...uh...net...whatever. Everybody go listen! :D
What's your favorite radio station?
-
um... i was waiting for the right question for me because i'm one of few foreigners here. but i guess it will be fun to answer this question which can be too "Korean"... :D
107.7 power FM... guess not??

where would you go for your summer vacation?
-
well, i am sort of on summer vacation right now, because i just moved to a new province and city. so, even though im doing some distance ed classes, i have had lots of time to explore the city and begin discovering all it has to offer. however, for holidays we are planning a trip to venice for sometime in May. as my boyfriend will be deployed to Afghanistan in Feb and during his two week leave in may, the canadian gov't will either fly him home, or fly me out. i think we have decided that im going there, and that we'll do a bit of travelling, mostly france and italy is what we are aiming for. although its all up in the air right now, that's the tentative plan.
what is the most recent random act of kindness you have performed?
-
I picked someone up and dropped them off at home because they were stupid enough to walk barefoot in 30 degree (C) weather on asphalt for 20min. That was today.
What is the most recent random act of meanness you have performed?
-
i guess it would have to be (*makes shamed face*) dropping this kid (of teen years) at the stampede concert on Sunday. he was intolerably rude and had the foulest mouth on him i had ever heard. well, he and some buddies were trying to get body surfing in the crowd and when it came my turn to prop him up, i was um...distracted enough to neglect my duty. he sort of fell to the ground (feet first) and was pissy that he wasnt still airborne, but knew not who to blame.
have you ever been in a mosh pit?
-
yup
When was the last time you got to the beach?
-
You mean one with sand? Um...summer 1999.
BTW, I broke the WOXY llink on purpose. I don't like it there as much as I did. Some people get vulgar and mean.
When was the last time you vacuumed?
