Well it's never happened , but if it did and if being calm, logical and charming didn't work and I felt this person was being unreasonable , I would ask to see his/her superior.And yes, I would show my anger in a cool controlled sort of way. The most important thing for me would be to get myself out of the situation, so would use any tactic that I felt would work.

Yea.

I love gadgets but would not buy somthing just because it was new.

I'd love to but I'd mostly choose songs sung by this lady.
