Poem by a poet with "Q" in his name
"Beneath the Yu Gu Terrace flow the clear"."Written on the Cliff at Zaokou in Jiangxi Province)" by Xin-Qiji
https://www.classicchinesepoetry.com/tag/xin-qiji/
Ironic that later 'poets' changed the second couplet; "tweaked" to tweak contemporary authorities... still I enjoyed :)
"Rain, rain, sweet warm rain," - Sydney Thompson Dobell; A Shower In War-Time... https://www.poemine.com/Sydney-Thomp...-War-Time.html
Xin-Qiji must be very popular in China for they taking that kind of liberty with his poems.
Curious poem. It starts as a poem about a rainshower at the time rain wasn't so destructive as today and one liked to watch it.Then it changes direction several times so that it seems various poems in one.
"She sang beyond the genius of the sea."."The Idea of Order at Key West" by Wallace Stevens
https://allpoetry.com/The-Idea-of-Order-at-Key-West
Complex poem. I liked the AI's take on the poem, but felt there was something more and just a moment of research found: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Id...er_at_Key_West Turns out it's a very important poem in the American canon... Enjoyed :)

Poem by a poet with an 'x' in her name:
"If you want to pick flowers, you have to hike." - Ho Xuan Huong; Picking Flowers... https://allpoetry.com/Picking-Flowers
I don't see it as surreal, tailor. I understood they are children with severe illnesses"in this wing for injured brains and struggling lungs" who are dressed up for a Halloween Parade as a way of bringing a bit of fun to them.I think, there is a combination of the mock horror of the parade and the real horror of the illnesses. We have that in some hospitals of Brazil.
