@miss tenderness: Well, I know someone who has about a year to finish his homework ('cause she's a student and we have all the time in the world, obviously) and still happens to leave it until the last (relatively spoken) moment.
Also, many people (not talking about me, oh, no) don't hand in their projects at all if they're not given a certain deadline.
