Sasauges
Veggies - Carrots, Brocolli, Beans, Garlic, Onions and any other veggies you want!
Spices
Herbs =] Cook and mix well!

Wow, I'd say that combination of vegetables with sausage is living on the dangerous side...I'd probably blow up after eating that:D

It was terrible tonight, I made a vegetable fry with zucchini, yellow squash, onions and spinach; then I put gloves on to wash dishes....I washed two dishes and bang; my stomach started churning:smilielol5:
