Hmmm, I have no ideas as to what my first poem may have been, I suspect it was probably written when I was very young, and I liked to write about cats so I am guessing that it's about one of my former critters.
The most hjyful moment of my life so far is a hard question to answer....the first moment that comes to mind is waking up after a few long withdrawal periods, with no medication in my system for the first time since I was put on them. I felt I had found myself agian and that gave me great joy, to be seeing out of my own eyes, and moving my hands without them trembling.
Oh sub I have that very pic of Robert Smith in my pc and I resized it to make a future avatar of it... If crisaor or any other man around goes for that style of make up, I know who's the next one I'm goign to marry! (where's baddad btw? :D)Quote:

(that is, study, work, whatever...) I see you're from England, cool I hope I'm going to live there someday. How did you find this site? Why did you decide to join? I studied Philosophy at University...did write down what I do now, but don't want to be defined by it - so did a quick delete! Would like to make a living by writing one day - but wouldn't we all? - and the fact I've written nothing for ages makes it pretty unlikely in the forseeable future. Worked in many crummy jobs before getting an edyercashun - I also lived and worked in other European countries. I initially joined a forum that my friend started, but found it a little 'narrow', so googled, looking for a bigger arena. Put in a few key words here and there, which led me to you lot! My tastes are very eclectic - from Bukowski to Lawrence to Arnott to Leanord to Shakespeare to Orwell to... I believe in 'catmas' not 'dogmas' - always looking to learn; erm...very tired, so I'll leave it there for now. Thanks for asking. Can I ask you the same?
Question for everybody: How do I make friends in a new city?
I have always found one of the easier ways is to join a club of some sort. For example upon moving to Canada I joined the local soccer/football team, and I still hang out fairly regularly with the people I met there.Quote:

Hmmm...so many things come to mind that are so quickly nuked by the fact that I wouldn't have learned as much or gained the life experience, no matter how negative the event/time/thing may have been.
You have truly stumped me. Everything that I would want, would desire to change, if actually altered, I feel would prevent me from empathizing and truly understanding another person who may be going through the same thing.
I suppose the thing that I would change, because I am feeling the effects of it severely right now and it has become quite debilitating, is my endometriosis. I wouldn't go back and erase it, but I would certainly change the dial on the Pain-O-Meter from excruciating to tolerable.
