ok, I guess my day isn't that rough after all. I was gonna complain that now that I'm unemployed (yes your tax dollars are paying me to sit here, well US residents, or maybe just Michigan - not sure) I've cleaned the house, organized my stuff, sorted through my clothes, books, and CDs. Now what can I do? To bad it isn't summer I could sit by the pool but what can I do in a foot of snow.

by the way, the waiter hasn't been fired and he still pretends like every thing is fine. he tells me how much he likes me and asks about things I don't want to talk about, mainly my sex life, or lack of it, well he is just being disgusting. but I talked to the owner and he told me that as soon as he can find someone in his place he'll be gone.
I'm a regular customer, I know them all very well and I sit there and drink coffee for up to 10 hours (NO JOKE)and I don't want to be forced to leave because of him...

This seems like a bookworm's worst punishment and torture.
One would never think that scheduling an appointment with an optometrist would take so long, but I called weeks ago, and I must wait for almost two more weeks. Meanwhile, today, I spent some time at my usual favorite coffeehouse, enjoying my book (The Rainbow by D.H. Lawrence), and these headaches seem entirely inevitable and miserable. The pounding (almost pulsating) in my head did not seem too bad, so I continued reading, finished two chapters, and read some poetry by Robert Burns - what a mistake. I normally do not complain so much about pain (if someone saw me, with my collection of piercings, one may understand), but my head aches so badly that I feel noxious . . . and staring at this computer screen certainly does not help (for obvious reasons). :flare:
