Unfortunately, I grew up dirt poor and lived in Government Housing. A house was right across the street from the laundromat of the complex, and just below the hill where the basketball court was. I never once heard Jerry and his family complain, even when we romped through his yard. I'd like to think I learned something from ol' Jerry about how to treat people.
