Yes, I think that if I were a criminal defence lawyer then it would be my responsability to ensure that that person, no matter how guilty, gets fair representation.

I'd love to learn Spanish, my little area here has a small, but noticeable population of Hispanic people and I'd love to talk to them in their own language. I can speak a little French, but my high school French isn't all that great, and we have no French population here!
