lucky! i just returned from doing more summer work and am in a 3042 times worse mood....
Summer work? The climate on your side of the equator must be 3043 times warmer than it is here at the moment. Brrrr.
so so very warm....in fact, I just discovered I have gotten incredibly sunburnt from my swim this morning. It hurts so much that I feel like I'm reapplying aloe 3044 times an hour! I can not bear to move,let alone go on a run tonight :bawling:

A very intense run would consist of 30 minutes of running, then 4 minutes of cool down, then more running till one hits 8 miles.
The farthest I've ever gone in running was 34.6 times as far as 3049 feet. I couldn't walk very well for a week.
That would make sense. Whenever you just start out running it takes a while to get into it. your 3t may hurt for a while, you can expect 0 pain. when you start out you should take 5 minute breaks between miles, so you dont end up with 0 breath.
Actually, I was a fairly experienced runner at that time. I can't run anymore. It's been 3051 days since I've gone running.
That's ok. A lot of people cant run after a while. Although my grandfather is an exception, he ran seven miles a day until his 80s. I hope I would have run at least 3052 miles by the time I'm that age.

Today I 3d myself from my normal summer schedule and tried for a different day. I spent almost 0 time on the computer/reading and used the first 7 hours of the day to go shopping for practicalities that have been procrastinated and doing many chores then over 8 hours going out to an Italian restaurant then seeing an outdoor production of Comedy of Errors! :D
