my philosophy exactly, I'm never a bully, but sometime you have to confront, (be assertive) and stand up for what you believe in or what is right. If you never do this, your voice will never be heard plus there are those that will perceive that as a weakness and walk all over you and you will live your life seething with bottled up rage in the shadows. So yeah, I speak softly but I also carry a big stick.:smash: :wink5:
