God No!! I'd be counting down all the time!
Would you risk your own life to save another's?
It depends on the person whom I will have to save...
Same Question
I want to say i will.. but my gut tells me there is a chance i will chicken out.. unless what i have to is not "that" rislky!...
Would you like to visit another Forum member in real life?
Yes, Infact I'd like tot meet all the forum memebers!!
Would you do something really nasty and put the blame on another if you got caught?
Then I'll be a real nasty boy. No, I would not.
Would you tell the truth even you may lose your life for it?
I would tell such a truth only if it is saving someone else's life inturn... or doing SOMETHING good.. I mean why would I lose my life for saying the truth if it issn't really necessary to do so... it isn't as if i never lie!
same Q
I hope I would. I once was nearly beaten into unconcsciousness because I refused to lie. my little girlfriend who was eating at our house was so scared she ran home barefoot with the plate of food still in her hand.So I think yes if it was important that the truth be told. Otherwise I would just be quiet and say nothing.
Like Rachel, I hope I would. Man never knows until faced with the sitituation, like the young girl in Columbine, facing a gunman and being asked if she believed in God. She said yes, and he killed her. I would hope I had that courage.
Same question.
Interesting question.
You know, it really depends on the lie and what is behind the lie and what effects will it cause.
But well, when other lives depended on the truth, we hope we would.
Here is a question for male people:
imagine a scene. You are walking alone in a beach. There is no other soul there. Suddenly, out there is a beautiful mermaid singing on a stone and calling you
Would you go?
I have a question. What exactly does one do with a mermaid? ;) (Or expect to do, providing she does not kill you.)
Apologies for the digression. Carry on.
Nah--beauty alone is no good reason to pursue a stranger.
Same question--this is intriguing.
I thought Emily brought up an interesting point. The anatomy of a mermaid would seem to rule out any romantic relationship with a human, don't you think? But many a man (and I speak as one) has fallen for a pretty face before.....(sigh) :D
Interesting question, though, and worth further examination:
Well, according to Splash, mermaids' fins become legs when dry...
am I to understand that the only object of going out to the mermaid for you men out there would depend on whether or not her fin changed into legs? maybe she's a nice friendly person, who would be interesting to talk to. lol. oh dear.
Or she could be a Man-eater.
