Paladin of course. THere are no knights in world of warcraft

Night elf or blood elf?

Perhaps the experience of life over both the choices.

Lounging around, reading a good book -- or -- lounging around, playing RPG's?

While RPGs are fun sometimes, I would take lounging around reading a good book any day over playing an RPG
