Possibly... I generally do it whenever I am at anyone's house (clean).. laundry it would depend on the situation but I'd have no problem doing so whatsoever.

I would rather buy. I love to read and reread books, so I would like to have it in my repertoire instead of having to go back and borrow it again.

Yes, I've done so earlier. It sometimes helps me to discover good authors about whom I've not heard.

Yes, but only to someone who likes to read and only the kind of books the person likes to read.
