Nowadays the Internet is one of the many sides of RL. The problems with it show up when we give it a role it doesn't and can't have. For example, there are people who "fall in love" with someone "they knew" on a chat channel... as though that constituted an effective way to know someone :rolleyes:

Thanks, Max and Alien! I'm cool. That was meant to sound more jokey than it comes across. I have no concern over the person that was said to, but they seem to feel obligated to talk to me. I wanted to let them know, without directly responding to any singular weird post, that they are welcome to move about unhindered by thoughts of me. In other words, they ought to obsess less over the internet. :)

To simplify it even further, emotional displays on message boards are wasted on me.

Ha. Well, there wasn't anything emotional about that. People asked to see pictures. I obliged. People were disgusted by the pictures, so they were removed. It's nothing to me either way. I was just being nice. :)

Thank you, you four. You're all very sweet. I'm a redhead. I bleached my hair blonde for cosplay. I then dyed it red for the sake of going back to my natural color. The result was a bright fiery orange that looked very unnatural (but still cute, I thought). The reactions I got were unexpected, but unimportant. :)

On another note, I've been watching my midnight aloe plant grow. Green in the center with purpley red shoots that turn black on the ends. I love aloe plants because they're easy to maintain.
