It all depends on the woman. and it all depends on how short the hair is. But really, it doesn't matter. If it's practical and/or looks good on the individual, then it doesn't matter to me really. I mean, I might see someone at the store and have a thought to myself about someone's appearance, but short hair on a woman isn't really something that strikes me as a yay or nay.
