I was locked in a dark pool shed with a book of ghost stories and left there to amuse myself once when I was young. Thank you, grandmother.

When my brother and I were ickle kids, he tied up me up to a chair with my 'magical' rainbow jump rope and left me there for two hours.
I sang to myself, waiting patiently to be rescued.
Dad nearly killed Matt. Gwaaaahahaha.
The first time I swore, I was 6 years old and being babysat by my eldest brother. He told me that mom had said I needed to clean my room. I told him to get off his lazy @$$ and do something. I never swore again until I was 14.

I fell off a ski lift.
A horse stretched all the nerves in my left arm to the point where I lost all feeling in that arm for two weeks. A couple times since I've lost all feeling in it. Yay for a limp arm.

I slipped a disc while taking out the trash. (Long story)
I raise orchids, just as my father and grandfather did. We have family hybrids and everything.

I broke my tooth in half when I bit onto my (then recent) tongue ring. I don't have/wear a tongue ring anymore (ah the days of rebelious youth) but that incident did not make me take it out. I took it out more than a year later... and a lot of money spent on fixing the tooth
I smoke cigars on occasion.
I don't like for people to ask me any personal questions unless I've made it clear it's okay for them to do so.
Despite my love for auto mechanics, it still brings out my worst temper and foul mouthed-ness.
I don't have much patience with things I dislike doing.
I've never smoked nor used any drugs that were not OTC or prescription.
I have no patience dealing with people I have no intention of getting to know.
I can get caught up in an argument that I feel strongly about very easily...

I inherited my grandfather and father's old SRL camera, and I still enjoy taking pictures with it. It has the loudest shutter noise! =D I also enjoyed developing and printing my own film, when I had access to a darkroom.

I WAS sorry that my daughter was born with Down Syndrome, but I'm not a bit sorry now.
I was just outside for less than five minutes, and my coat, hat, jeans and boots are all soaked.
I sometimes like to drink raw eggs mixed with orange juice. Try it, it's good! :)
