Absolutely not, I want life to be a surprise, otherwise what am I living for?
Same question.
Probably not; some things seem far better unknown (consult Greek character Tiresias about that one).
Would you ever travel to the Mariana Trench (in a safe submarine) to see what exists there?
sure, why not
would you stalk a person if you were certain that you wanted to be with him/her?
Yes, I would. But I would try to hide it and be ashamed about it. I once thought I stalked a boy.. Turned out later he had never seen me  . Guess I can really blend in a crowd :brow:.
Would you take a very large loan to make your dream come true.. even if you didn't know whether you could ever pay it back?
Yes, some risks are worth taking.
Would you ever base jump?
Maybe someday, but it may seem a little too daring for me. :p
Would you lie to someone to hide a painful truth?
Depends for who the truth is painful. If it is someone really close to me and the truth is painful, because it is embarrassing to me.. I would tell it. If it is painful for the one I am talking to.. or if it is embarrassing to me and I do not know the other person well - I would keep it for myself.
If someone died and left you a very brilliant script of a book - would you let it be published as your own?
No... I hope the thought would cross my mind!!!
Would you prefer to be locked for a whole day in the part of the house where the bedrooms are (therefore without food) or in the kitchen part? (therefore with no bahtroom?)
(inspired by my best friend ;))
I'd pick the kitchen, this may sound really gross, but there's always the kitchen sink in an extreme emergency.
This one came to me this morning: If you could write a book and have it considered one of the greats and have your name mentioned alongside Hemingway, Salinger, etc.. would you spend half your life as a a drug/Alcohol addict?
I have noticed how so many brilliant writers frequently used drugs and/or alcohol: Poe, Hemingway, Wilde, Kerouac, Swinburne, etc.
To answer your question, well . . . okay, I admit, I have "experimented" some, and with some . . . substances, I felt especially . . . creative, but the after-effects felt miserable. So, the answer: yes, but not an addict. :D
If someone seriously hurt someone you love, would you "take care of the matter" yourself, or turn him/her to law authorities?
I'd turn them over to the law authorities. If i didn't think that was enough punishment...well............................. accidents happen all the time.
heh. heh. joking, right? yes. joking.
Would you joke about something as serious as committing a felony?
Yes, definitely! I believe all things terrible are especially good to joke about...
If you had told a good friend a few years ago that you never wanted to see him again.. would you call him again to make up (I am doubting at this very minute)?
I probably would...but I must really really want to do it cos it's sometimes hard for me to look for people after a while. But yes, I even started to talk again to my ex-best friend when I happen to see her...it took me 6 years to be able to do that though..
Would you bore all the people you know by making them listen to your latest favourite band?
I have before many times, actually, until I noticed their boredom; so, no, if I knew one of my favorite bands bored them, I would not play it.
Would you ever travel just for the sake of traveling (not to visit someone, for scenery, for tourist attractions, etc.)?
Er...this question got to the right person... ;) Of course I would :D
Would you tell your best friend to stop judging and complaining about everything?
I thought you might answer this one, Koa, he-he.
Definitely, and I have a few times. Especially with a best friend, honesty, to me, seems valued.Quote:

Probably not. I'm not sure I'd even like my roommates to have pets, I can barely stand my brother's cat and we're not even roommates, just flatmates :D
(or by roommate do you mean sharing the whole place? my flatmate in Hungary used the word roommate even if we weren't sharing a room, and her English was very American, so now I wonder).
Would you take some time to tidy up your desk even knowing that it will take less than 20 minutes before it's a mess again?:D
Out of pity for myself...no, I don't think so. :D Only if someone important was going to be looking at it before those 20 minutes had elapsed.
Would you seek to find an island at sea if you knew that no one had ever returned from that island? (And yes, that is vaguely reminiscent of Dinotopia.)
Yes, the way I see it this would leave one of 3 outcomes any of which I'd enjoy:
1) The island is perfect, and the reason nobody returned is no one wanted to leave.
2) The others never made it as far as the island, nobody there to bother me.
3) The island is rubbish, however as the first to return alive I am greeted with fame and adoration.
Would you "assist" someone who wanted to commit euthanasia?
Yes if there death was going to be inevitable (in a short amount of time - all our deaths are inevitable) and painful.
If you really wanted an expensive electronic device (I-Pod maybe) but couldn't afford it, would you buy one off the street that you knew was stolen?
Though it sounds tempting, I would not. Some new technology can get tracked by its code number, or production number, or something, while in use, plus it just sounds morally wrong to support someone who stole.
Would you help design/build something you have no passion or concern for, but for the sake of others?
Probably not. I can't do things if I have no passion for them, even if I try, the way I pursue the task and the crappy result make it clear that I have no passion for that
(er...just as my maths teacher at school always said it was evident that i couldnt care less about maths, even when I tried to struggle :D)
Would you buy something that is exactly the same as something you already have, just because you like it so much and you want another one of it? (be it clothes or something else that you can have two of)
Yeah. I mean, when the first one wears out, you can use the second one...afterwards it might not be on the market (or in fashion) anymore. ;)
Would you eat something if you didn't know what it was (and it looked a little...strange...besides?)?
depends on amount of hunger. If it was eat it, or die, then yes.
Would you go to more than an hours work to pull a prank on a coworker?
Ehm.. no.. but I am not much of a prankster.. So that's the reason. Might spend that much time on a surprise though - like a present or a party.
Would you forget the birthday of someone close to you?
Probably not, I remember even birthdays of people I havent seen for 10 years, and people I want to forget... Though sometimes I happen to wake up knowing that it's X's birthday and by the time I see the person I forgot already... but no, if it's someone really close chances are I've had that in mind for weeks before.
Would you show to new people even the bad sides of your character, or would you try to be a good person for as long as possible in their presence?
Ehm.. both.. I would tell them "Oh, I can be pretty bad in that and that way" but then I would try to act the opposite, to make people say "Oh, you're not that bad"... And then later they find out I spoke the truth .
Would you push yourself to the limit in reaching your goal even if it means that if you push a bit too hard that you will go mad from lack of sleep (experience speaking here ;) )?
No, I'm lazy, I set my goals high then lower them until they require no effort. It's horrible :(
Would you be able to learn something (eg, a language) by studying it all by yourself? No classes, no exams?
Yes, but only to a limit. Though I have not attended a course in French in some time, I continue to study it by myself, but I feel I need a good course in its conversation, as I can never practice the language interaction with others (since no one else I know studies French!).
Would you give a homeless person spare change, when asked, even if you had little money, but enough, for yourself?
i'm pityless. I don't give money. If i really felt sorry for him, i'd take him to McDonalds for lunch.
Would you give a hitch-hiking granny a ride?
(LOL is taking someone to McDonalds a sign of feeling sorry for them? :P LOL just couldnt help the joke...;))
Probably not, I'm way too suspicious of anyone...
Would you download a song from your favourite band's next album, which is due in a few months, or would you wait for the official release to hear it?
(my current big dilemma)
Ehm.. I would probably wait - because I think the sound is better from my stereo and I would be afraid to ruin the first impression..
Would you hire an advocate if someone had robbed you of some money?
A lawyer/attorney? Though I would probably not enjoy going to court, I most likely would, if I had some kind of proof that someone robbed me.
Would you, if you had the money, purchase an electric car, which seem more healthy for the environment?
I've been thinking of purchasing an eletric hybrid....but I'm not convinced all the "bugs" are worked out of them, so I decided to give it a few more years before I get one.
Would you continue a bad habit (I'll say pickcing one's nose in front of people, for lack of a better example) if it made you happy but disgusted of your loved ones?
I would try to stop.. but have to admit I kept some bad habits my ex found hard to bear .
Would you walk for four days - 50 kilometres a day - just for fun (as people in Holland did some weeks ago)?
50 km.... hmmm... I walked for 10 miles a day in the most mountainous terrain in idaho for 5 days.... just for fun, wearing a 50 pound pack
Would you canoe? I Canoe, can you?
(LOL) No I wouldn't... or maybe I wouldnt look for a way to do it but if I was given the chance, maybe - and I say maybe - I'd try...

Well that's what I practically did... I just felt awful where I was so I changed Uni, I still hate having chose that first Uni, it was my biggest mistake ever and it made me waste one year of my life :(
Would you buy things just because they are on your favourite colour? :)
Just because of the color? No. If I was buying something I would definately look for it in my favorite color...
