I suppose so. I mean, obviously, if you WANT to show up, it means you care. If I had the option, I'd vote in elections. I'm too young though. I'm not just randomly choosing, I'd have an idea of what it is I'm voting for. I suppose it is for the best I can't, children are very impressionable and something like 'we will put laptops in all schools' is convincing enough for some.
