LOL! I've been in the Blokes' thread too long.
That would be lovely! I like min with chocolate please!:D
A grand way to drink your coffee :D Here's a chocolate rose for dipping ;)
And the blokes' thread you say? I think I am following the rules a bit too strict here  The thought of going there had not entered my mind yet :p I take it you stood your ground :)
Oh that rose is just too beautiful too eat!!!
And the guys at the blokes' thread are so much fun to be around!:D I know there's a no girls policy, but I think they made me an exception and now I'm their lil barmaid.
Good for you :) I am not in favour of separating the sexes too much any way. Glad you found a way in :D
And nothing wrong with being a barmaid: quite some power you have there ;) You can throw them out when they get too annoying  Or cut them short on their drinks :D So nothing to be redfaced about ;)
We caught and cooked a weasel there once!:D It was stealing all the beverages. Silas had it by the throat with a dart!:D
 Did you eat it?!
I guess that would make its dead good for something, but I am not sure I would grab a bite...
Of course I didn't! I wanted to have it as a pet. But I said my intentions too late. Silas has very good aim apparently!
Apparently.
I tried throwing darts just yesterday again. It bounced on the board and almost hit me in the eye! I guess I should not have stood that close, not have thrown with left when I am right handed and not be reading and cooking water at the same time
I can not aim if I do focus completely on it though ;)
Haha!
when I went to visit niamh in dublin there was this guy who kept missing whatever it was he was blaying and things kept flying at us ( was it darts or billioard balls or both? I can't rember but it was funny)
and we didnt actually get hit so I can laugh
Stuff like that can be quite funny as long as nobody gets (badly) hurt :D. I am not great at billiard either - I can manage to send them flying while that was not my intention at all :lol:Quote:

:p Well, I am just clumsy.
Or lazy. For if I should focus more I might be less clumsy. But I like to be a litt "melow" about stuff...
I'm clumsy at times. I seem to be most clumsy around mustard. I love mustard. And somehow, only when I'm eating out, I always manage to get mustard on me!!! It's happened so many times!
I can aim at darts pretty good, perhaps it's from my archery training.
Put the fine china someplace safe ladies! The queen of klutz has just arrived!
Fine China. I have never seen fine China. It runs away when I get near :p
BTW, did anybody see that episode of Mythbusters where they put Bulls in an area with closets full of China? They hardly break a thing!
A good thing they did not put us in there :p
Ha ha...the thing is, while we may think that our clumsiness is so ungraceful, unappealing, and unattractive, men seem to think that it's cute!
Bulls! wow...does anybody remember Brett and the bull-fighter Romero, from Hemingway's 'The Sun Also Rises'?
Cute? Really? Wow, THAT must be why I get that often! Well, so much for thinking that I'm being flattered...
Bulls are like feathers compared to me in that closet full of china!
I do remember some bullfighting going on in Hemmingway... I am never good in remembering character names or titles  That kind of makes every memory useless because it goes like this "I remember, that was that guy with the thingy at that place!" :brickwall
I do remember the way Hemmingway wrote it down made quite an impression on me. Maybe more than watching it (on TV)...
Yes, Brett is a woman, and a nymphomaniac.
However, she's in love with Jake, who is impotent [go figure!] and so when she sees Romero fighting the bull, she is totally turned-on, and she gets Jake to set her up with Romero!
Gotta get back to work gals - did you guys read the blokes' thread - those guys are something else!
bye!
Ow yes! Now it's coming back to me :)
And clumsy is only attractive in a moderate level. Trust me, guys think it's quite a turn of when you wreck their computer
Edit Got to run too, take care!
Me too! Computers especially  During a test in programming I managed to need to restart my computer 2 times (I did pass ). And a friend of mine does not allow me on his computer anymore because it starts to think for itself when I am around :pQuote:

I happen to be someone who is in the dance with all its frills and delicate femininity and also loves technology and computers. I love to know how things work and my brother Asher and I have done a few computer programmes together, it was such fun.
I can fix just about anything that can go wrong except an attack by a worm or trojan, which has happened once, swine computer hackers!!!
i don't know what I think about a princess being the guys 'barmaid' since you have intiltrated their site.
I mean YOU ARE A PRINCESS! How like a guy to let you be a barmaid and serve them. How big of them, how loving, how..............don't get me started.
So then, Bienvenue and Virgil could be our , let me think, our baker and waiter and we could sit about with steaming hot cups of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and eat delicious and fresh baked pastries with devonsire cream.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Do any of you know what to do with fingernails that are too soft for growing nails a bit longer? I don't get it, I have long and very healthy hair, but my nails, I have to keep them cut short to look nice. I just don't know what to do.
I sometimes put (clear) nail hardener on mine. But I am afraid that's more to make them shine than to make them stronger. The extra "coating" does make it possible to keep them OK when they're longer. Or at least I think so.
You know, I never really looked into it! I just put it on out of habit... It would be nice if somebody would know whether it is necessary. Or whether it even helps
So, sorry Eugenie - can't help you there... I like your idea of a bar though :arms: I once was in a restaurant in New York where they had only desserts :D Now there's a treat! Much chocolate of course :)
I cant help you either Eugenie. My nails are terrible. they just crack. I've managed to get all my finger nail to grow long with out splitting that much but my thumb nails... different story...
ah yes! we do have a bar in the corner behind the japanese screen. And the mens thread dont have comfy budda bags to lounge about like we do. I think i added them to here about two years ago. :D
Comfy budda bags http://i219.photobucket.com/albums/c...r/Woohoo-7.gif I have always wanted those :D
so have i! hence why they are here!
:thumbs_up And while we are at it
http://i214.photobucket.com/albums/c...-hammock-3.jpg
Though maybe we should go for the more "original" hammocks. You can't really swing in the one I posted here... I do think it has enough cushions though
Not sure if I am willing to give what these guys bake a try, to be honest.Quote:
So then, Bienvenue and Virgil could be our , let me think, our baker and waiter
Re. the above hammock:
I think I would keep worrying that those cushions might end up in the water.
No need to worry - it is quite sure that it will happen :) So just let it happen - they're asking for it. In fact, they're asking for a good cushion fight that turns into a water fight. ;)Quote:

nice!!!
It is a clumsy day again... when am I ever gonna learn that it's not a good idea to use a "grate sponge" (not sure what the English word would be) to clean something of my skin?! Every time I forget that it leaves (bloody) marks! :brickwall
At least you can't read what I wrote on my arm anymore... :p
This is the sponges I'm talking about:
mehehehehehe
I put my hands into a pot of boling water yesterday to 'rescue' my cabbage. ( was boling it whole for a 5 minutes to loosen leaves)
anyway yeah NOT a good idea!
Ouch! Every once in a while I try to take something out of the oven with my bare hands. A teensy bit painful, to say the least.
 You must really like your cabbage! :eek2: Autsj!Quote:
