The PAM has such poor eyesight he can't tell I really AM a girl!
The PAM obviously lives under a rock somewhere (probably a small and ill situated one, too) because there is no other explanation for her not being aware of my world renowned long distance eyesight prowess.
PAM is deluded by dreams of X-Ray vision.
The PAM has dreams of superherodom, and thus is jealous of the possibility that ShoutGrace has X-ray vision.
