Speakin' a chickens..

I hate people who are not careful with anything, they drop things or don't listen to people, or they don't listen to someone who is giving instructions, and when they make a mess it's like "oops wasn't I suppose to do that?" duuhhh of you weren't, I hate careless people....
I wonder if the rain stopped last night. I might still be able to play ultimate frisbee.
Logos - Thank you! What a riot!
With some elastics, he would be The "chicken" of the month!

you have to be free from worries to be happy...
Why worry so much...does worry solve problems?
For many people worrying is not a matter of choice. It's more like a reflex action or personality trait. Of course it doesn't solve a problem in and of itself, but neither does not worrying.Quote:

I was exactly wondering whether I really do want to do a postgraduate course in the Uk or is it another stupid ideas of mine... but then if I dont try I'll feel that I should have tried... but then maybe I try and it's not what I really want...
Oh I am that kind of person who worries about anything...
The only thing I will NOT tolerate is intolerance!
Yesterday when I was coming home, I walked under the rain. It was a cool day with little drops of rain. I felt so happy and so merry. If I have but one wish in my life and that wish could be realized, it would be that that moment would last forever.
So beautiful Adilyoussef!!!!
I love these days also, walking under the rain, 'sighs'. Feeling the drops of water caring my face and the smell of wet soil.
Today my school had a pep rally and the freshmen were bashed at the rally. (not fist bashing but more of a chant) I even joined in even though I am a freshmen. Anyways, after the rally when I was talking to people, this guy said that we should have chanted back 1 and 7 because some football players started the chant, so chanting back last years record would be amusing.
November is a very exhausting month - ugh! I need sleep!
They'll be playing Alice's Restaurant on the radio tomorrow (Thanksgiving in the US), I'll have to remember to listen for it.
I agree with you 100% :yawnb:Quote:

Uh-oh. Expect to be chastised by Admin for making a political post. (Not that I disagree with the point of the website -- quite the contrary.)Quote:

I should be writing my 2,000 + words this morning before the festivities begin but I’m goofing off here. Mercy me!

I wasn't going to go shopping the day after Thanksgiving, but my mom was in town so we decided to go...I was planning on hating every minute of it. But, boy was that fun!!!! The sales were great and the crowds weren't bad. Next year I'm going to be way more prepared. Comfy shoes, less cumbersome clothing, smaller purse...
took History test... 5/12  *not so prepared on British history* ;)
Curiousity....
The weather gets so depressing without Daylight Saving's Time, while the sun sets so early. I never considered myself much of a night-person anyway. :(
what is the roots of the word romance and romantic, and what do they actually mean. I mean at one point it meant to tell a story etc. Then we had ROmantic as in the romantic age with byron keats etc etc so what does the word itself literally mean without the afixed meaning? Submarine literally means below sea sub terrain below earth so romance, anyone?
Romance is an old world for novel. (you know, in Estonian, there novel is called "romaan" and short story "novell" which often causes trouble to people)
We think it has something to do with the fact that they started writing books in their native tongues - and the most books at that time were written in countries where Romance languages where the native tongues. (french, italian, spanish, portuguese are the most well-known Romance languages)
