I have a whole variety of reactions, depending on my mood. Often, I will "grin and bear it," so to speak, and make things look like nothing bothers me, but that does not sound so healthy. Otherwise, if I feel the harm seems intentional, I will confront someone; if not intentional, I usually go to my bedroom, turn on some music, and do some writing.
