Yeah you're right (about the wrong thread that is), don't know how that happened.
Anyway, if religion came first, then I take it religion was once amoral.
two things...first i think "religion" is still amoral (oh boy...)
the concept of morality is so vague and abstract, but i dont think it had any denotations until religious leaders began needing a method of control....
and i think that morality as a concept would have developed from religion when people of that religion attempted to actually try and teach what they think.
did that make sense, it's pretty early in the morning here?
