Depends what it is. Political, religious, etc. - nope. The Personal Digital Device (PDD) Program at school - have done and will continue to do.

If there are fifty or less pages and it is colourful and written in 1st or 2nd person, then yes.

blurbs are quotes on a book jacket from important people saying how great that book is. So would you check out that book based on the blurbs alone without a description of what it is about?
